Stacey is a Registered Social Worker Psychotherapist trained in EMDR- a trauma therapy- who specializes in supporting individuals with trauma, eating disorders and complex health concerns. She is also trained in DBT - a skills based behaviour therapy- that helps people prioritize their mental wellbeing and cope with the demands of life. Additionally, Stacey teaches nervous system regulation strategies to increase resiliency to stress.

Stacey has a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Toronto and is Registered with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers. She is also a member of the Ontario Association of Social Workers. She offers in person psychotherapy in Guelph Ontario and virtual therapy across Ontario, Canada. Stacey has worked with the Vasculitis Foundation, an international non-profit, as a patient partner and advocate since 2020. She regularly speaks at patient education events, sharing strategies to cope with the mental health impacts of autoimmune conditions. In collaboration with the Vasculitis Foundation she has written a workbook to help patients navigate their mental health while living with this autoimmune condition.
Stacey works from a harm reduction and body neutral framework that is welcoming and affirming to disabled, queer, and marginalized individuals.
